Finding My Fit with AI
For years, I was deep in the world of admin support – handling emails, invoices, minute-taking, and all the day-to-day tasks that keep small businesses ticking along. I loved supporting business owners and helping them stay organised.
But over time, something shifted.
As I refined who I wanted to work with, I started being more selective. I wanted deeper alignment with the clients I supported. The trade-off? The work started slowing down.
At the same time, I found myself experimenting more and more with AI. I was using it for both personal tasks and within my own business – from writing content to simplifying processes. But despite the growing curiosity, I didn’t feel quite ready to offer it as a service. Not yet.
That changed when I joined AI Success Lab’s month-long intensive coaching program. I’d been toying with the idea of pivoting for a while, and that program gave me the clarity, confidence, and momentum I needed to move forward.
So I did.
That’s when AI Impact Solutions was born – my new direction that brings together ethical AI and human-led virtual assistance. No, I don’t have a long list of automation clients (yet), but I’ve already been using AI to create content for a few service-based clients, and I’m learning more every day.
This is a fresh start. One that aligns with my values, my strengths, and the way I want to work.
